Help Center

Our Mission

Our Crisis Center offers confidential and free services to all victims of sexual assault and other victims of general crisis in the Southeast Texas area.

Including:  Jefferson, Orange & Hardin Counties.

Our Vision

Our goal is to assist our community in reducing the incidences of sexual assault and suicide through education and awareness and to reduce the degree of physical and emotional trauma experienced by survivors and their families.

At the Crisis Center of Southeast Texas, we are committed to supporting individuals impacted by
crisis, including sexual assault, suicidal thoughts, and other traumatic experiences.

Through strong community partnerships and a trauma-informed approach, we provide
compassionate, comprehensive services that promote healing, safety, and empowerment.

Our multidisciplinary team works together to ensure individuals receive the care they needwhether
it's medical support, legal advocacy, or emotional counseling. We recognize that
support must be accessible before, during, and after a crisis, and we are here every step of the
way.

Our services include:
• A 24-hour crisis and sexual assault hotline for immediate assistance
• Free and confidential counseling for individuals and families
• Prevention and education programs to raise awareness and build safer communities

Our mission is to deliver continuous care and unwavering support to those affected by
crisis--empowering survivors, strengthening families, and fostering a more informed and
resilient Southeast Texas.
